  • At the moment, we do not sell our products internationally through our webshop. Please contact us to find a local retailer that sells Acies Ideal products.

  • We process and ship out your orders within 36 hours. If orders are placed early in the day, we try our best to get them shipped during the same day.

  • The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

    Standard - 3-5 business days

    Expedited - 2 business days

    Priority - 1 business day

  • You may use all major credit cards as well as Apple and Google Pay.

  • Yes! As long as we have not processed your order you may make changes to your order. Simply send an email to support@aciesideal.com with your order details and preferred changes.

Returns

  • Yes, if you are not happy with your product you may return it as long as you are eligible for a return according to our refund policy.

  • In order for us to process your return, we need to receive the product and ensure it's quality. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return process to be finalized.
